Training

In the first place I consider myself to be a project manager. Delivering training and courses gives me great pleasure and satisfaction, but I strongly believe that training can only be delivered at a good level if the trainer speaks from experience. You will find an overview here of the training and courses that I offer you in cooperation with several partners.

Project Management

From years of experience as a project manager I am convinced that I am able to run also your project properly (again). I operate on basis of a strong vision that focuses on added value and I keep your project under control from start to finish. Results will be predictable and uncertainties and assumptions will be made explicit.

Your project has been running for a while, but you are not happy with the results or you have an indefinable feeling that things are not going as they should? Due to a rich experience as a crisis manager I am able to deliver a clear analysis of the status of your project. This will obviously include recommendations. Of course if you decide so, you can expect me to implement these recommendations myself and get your project up and running again.

Project Assurance

A lot of problems in projects are caused by a lack of control on the project manager. The members of the project board are not aware of what is going on in the project and they have a feeling of uncertainty about the project. The result is that the project manager gets more and more isolated and continues on his / her own plan. Next the project becomes completely out of control and unpredictable and will certainly not deliver the required quality.

For both the Executive and the Senior User I scan support you and hand you support and assurance. You will notice that I am less confident about assurance for the Senior Supplier. This is because this role often causes the problems in (Prince2) projects. When the traditional "Delivery" approach on projects is used, I don't see myself able to perform assurance on this side of the project board.

Location?

Although being Dutch and living in The Netherlands, I am not restricted to a certain location when delivering my services. Having experience training people all over Europe, I offer my services anywhere in the world at the location the customer requires.
