Main customers and assignments:
- Since August 2006 I assist the European
Patent Office with implementing
Prince2 within all parts
of the organisation. Starting from the IT department priority was quickly
given to promotion and training of the user side from the
Prince2 principle of the Customer / Supplier relationship. Because
of the extensive international cooperation, programme management (MSP) is also an
important subject. My efforts consist of training, coaching and consultancy.
An article about my activities was
published in the monthly internal EPO magazine "The Gazette". The
Communication directorate of EPO gave me kind permission to publish the
article on this site.
- From January 2004
at
Cargill
I trained
more than 100 ICT staff from all over Europe on several locations. These
sessions were all delivered in English. Also I advised the management of Cargill on
a effective implementation because obviously only training will not do. This
is about a change of hearts and minds and follow-up after the training is essential.
Cargill decided on follow up in 2005.
- One of the top 5 consultancy
bureaus wanted about 100 staff certified. I
delivered this training to great satisfaction in 2003. In 2004 they asked me
back to train another 20 consultants.
- The entire ICT department of
Maetis Arbo
needed a structured approach for their projects. Over 40
staff were trained in several sessions.
- I trained staff in several
departments of the Dutch Defence Ministry. Among them were: DTO (the central
ICT department), the Royal Dutch Marine, the Military Police, the Army, the
internal Defence Academy (IDL / KMA).
- For LogicaCMG during 2002 en
2003 I delivered several Practitioner en Foundation
courses. This has continued during 2004.
What did the delegates think?
Obviously the opinions of the delegates are my most
important references. You can find some of their quotes here.
