My vision on project management is based on common sense. The very popular Prince2 method is an excellent approach for my vision, but only when properly applied.

My Mission

Projects, particularly in the ICT sector, have a very bad reputation. There are several theories about the reason for their failure and obviously I have my own suggestions.

My mission is: "Increase the effectiveness of projects of my customers through increasing the quality of project management.  This will increase satisfaction of customers and employees."
